Due to the nature of digital products, which are intangible and immediately accessible upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds or returns once a theme has been downloaded or accessed.

However, you may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of your purchase if any of the following conditions apply:

  • The theme has a critical technical flaw that prevents it from functioning as described, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

  • You have not downloaded or accessed the theme files after purchasing.

  • The product received differs significantly from what was advertised.

Refund Processing

Non Refundable Changes

  • Lack of technical knowledge or experience using WordPress.
